1.) I’m not sure if this code is needed for 4.3 or not.
2.) It will take up to 24 hours to show
3.) Unfortunately you cannot clear old search terms, you’ll just have to ignore them. You can remove them out of any excel reports you export though

1) Is this for all versions of x-cart? I’m using 4.3.2
2) How long after the code is implemented should it take for search terms to appear on Google Analytics?
-I’m hoping it’s not immediately (which it was), because after the change, I haven’t seen my test queries come accross yet
3)How do I clear out all these old search terms that were setup incorrectly? Or do I just do my analytics statistics from this date forward?

Thanks Ryan…One more question, I heard to host the logo on their (Authorize.net’s) server (using SIM) that you need an SSL. Does that sound correct? Since they are hosting the images, I don’t understand why?

Hi Fred,

Correct. This client is essentially at zero risk for fraud due to their business and delivery time frame. Therefore they opted to remove the security code so as to omit as many extra fields (ie more work for customer) as possible.

I noticed that you didn’t use the security code feature on the SIM page, is there a reason why?

Thanks for the note – I need to update this post re: new AdWords interface.

The template is still there – make sure you right click and choose ‘Save-As’

The coversion codes etc are now under the reporting tab.

Hi,

First of all, this is a good guide and the clarifications on data collection are very nice (second comment).

To be naggy, I would like to point out that the noscript in this sample is not useful, as it will never do anything (noscript is for browsers without JavaScript support, therefore no JavaScript will be executed in it).
